How can I check my order status and tracking number?
We will email you your tracking number once items are shipped. You can check the status of your order from the tracking number.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Only 1 promo code is valid per order.

When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Do I need to do payment confirmation for bank transfers?
You do not need to confirm bank transfers / credit card payments.

Products purchased from our site should be used for your personal use.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
After payment is received, we will process and send your order the next business day. You will get an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Generally, regular shipping takes 1-3 days to arrive after order is shipped. You can also choose express 1 day shipping so items will arrive the next business day after order is shipped from our warehouse. Note that not all delivery address have express shipping option.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Please contact us at help@aerisbeaute.comor line: @aerisbeaute. To update your new shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change it any longer.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes we do! Just fill out your shipping information on checkout and the shipping charges to your country will be calculated automatically.
